Terms and Conditions

Last updated 14 August 2026

By using Dhikr Island you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please delete the app.

The licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under the rules of the App Store.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, decompile, or extract the artwork or content from the app, or use it in another product.

Subscriptions

Premium unlocks every icon, every theme, every dhikr, and the customise options. It is offered as a monthly or a yearly subscription.

New subscribers get a three-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and you are charged.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.

You can manage and cancel your subscription in Settings on your iPhone — your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not refund the period you are in, and premium stays available until that period ends.

Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Prices are set per country by Apple and can change. You will be told before a price rise affects you, and asked to agree to it.

Your account

Signing in is optional. The app works fully without it, and your subscription is tied to your Apple ID rather than to any account here — so Restore Purchases works whether you have signed in or not.

If you do sign in, we hold your name and email address. What we do with them is set out in the Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Deleting it erases everything we hold about you, and does not cancel your subscription — only Apple can do that.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with it or with anyone else's use of it.

Ownership

All artwork, design, and code in the app remain the property of the developer. The religious phrases themselves belong to no one and are used freely.

Changes and ending

These terms may change as the app changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Access may be withdrawn if these terms are broken.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
